  1. Return Policy for Physical Products

1.1 Eligibility


You may return any physical product purchased from Pup Shield within **14 days** of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:


- A proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  3. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the product, using a traceable and insured shipping method, to the address provided when you receive your RA number.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.

Upon successful processing of your return, you will be issued a full refund for the purchase price of the returned product, excluding any shipping fees.

2.2 Prorated Refund


If you cancel your Pup Shield Warranty subscription before the end of your subscription term, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused portion of your subscription.
